I am aware that this is not an Insurance Product or Insurance Cover, I will be receiving a merits validation for a possible legal recovery, this legal recovery is bound by certain turnaround times that are not in Mamela’s or its duly authorized agents control. Once your accident has been validated Mamela will make contact with you to explain the process further.

Mamela cannot be held liable for your damages and the valuation of your damages, once the value of the damages is confirmed and submitted to Mamela, we pursue such damages on your behalf for that value. Mamela cannot be held liable for the future value alternatively increase in the repair cost of your vehicle. Once the Validation and valuation has been completed you agree that Mamela may pursue the recovery on your behalf at that present value for repairs. Once we are successful with the recovery the percentage recovered will be paid over to yourself alternatively financial institution where you hold a facility.
The recovery will be seen as a full and final settlement, you confirm that there is no other insurance covering the same loss or damages to your vehicle for this accident.
